1. Parishoners only (except by special papal dispensation).
2. No back court defense.
3. Call your own fouls.
4. No hard fouls.
5. Games of 4 v 4 until the 17th man shows; then 5 v 5, Full Court
6. Card draws determine who will play when extra players are needed
a. Aces high, Jokers are automatic
b. Players may use 100 IMNBB Indulgences to bypass the card drawing and play automatically.
c. Cards are to be held by a player who has already qualified.
7. Games are played to 15 points (2's & 3's) or 12 minutes, whichever comes first.
8. 20 pound, 10 year Rule: Any player who is being guarded by another player 20 pounds lighter or 10 years younger may call for a change.
9. Phil Rule: Any foul called by an opposing team player MUST BE TAKEN.
10. Man Down Rule: Play stops whenever a member is on the floor.
11. Czar Rule: All rules are made by the Czar.
12. All Members must attend Mandatory Meeetings (eg 02-02-U2) or have a really good excuse or cash in 300 IMNBB Indulgences.
